I want to address questions I have received after making the announcement of our new affiliation with Core Wealth Search, in which I was hired as the President of this new and exciting recruiting company. In this week’s blog, I will be a bit off base from the instructional content that I try to share every week. Let me be very clear at the outset: my role as Head of Capital Markets Recruiting for H. Friedman Search is exactly the same and will never change. We work with the top professionals in the area of public finance professionals in helping them make career transitions and decisions nationwide.
My Role
I now have the distinct privilege of assisting a new recruiting firm, Core Wealth Search, of which I am the President. My role there is to train and recruit financial advisor recruiting nationwide for banks, community banks, and credit unions. Core Wealth Search is a distinct and separate entity from H. Friedman Search. It is allowing me to share my years of recruiting experience with financial professionals in a different way. I have hired two extremely experienced financial professionals, whom I am currently mentoring and teaching the way of recruiting as they reach out to financial advisors, private bankers, and licensed bankers throughout the United States on behalf of our clients.
Everything Stays The Same With H. Friedman Search
I want to make it clear that the day-to-day management of H. Friedman Search will not be affected by this additional assignment. At H. Friedman Search, we will continue utilizing our fifteen years of experience in helping you (the professional municipal finance expert) find the right candidate if you are a hiring manager, or find the right firm for you to entertain if you are a candidate seeking a new position.
